Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD (layouts, plans, furniture distribution, and details).
Create high-quality 3D designs for residential and commercial projects.
Develop mood boards to present design concepts (colors, materials, furniture, lighting).
Translate client requirements into creative and practical design solutions.
Select appropriate materials and finishes for each project.
Coordinate with the execution team to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Revise and update designs based on client or management feedback.
Prepare professional presentations for clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
Proven experience in AutoCAD and 3D design.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in:
AutoCAD (essential)
3ds Max / SketchUp / Blender
Photoshop / Illustrator
Strong rendering skills.
Ability to create professional mood boards.
Soft Skills:
