Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager – Interior Fit Out role based in Dubai. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of interior fit-out projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams, managing subcontractors and suppliers, and monitoring site progress and resource allocation. The role involves preparing project plans, timelines, and reports, leading site meetings, resolving technical and operational issues, and ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards. The Project Manager will also support procurement and logistics, track variations, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement in project processes and outcomes. Qualifications Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination for interior fit-out projects. Expeditor and Expediting skills to follow up on materials, equipment, and subcontractor deliverables, ensuring timely availability and minimizing delays. Inspection skills to review workmanship, materials, and completed works, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Logistics Management skills to organize material flow, site deliveries, storage, and resource allocation for efficient project execution. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience managing interior fit-out projects, preferably in commercial, hospitality, retail, or corporate environments. Strong knowledge of joinery, finishes, MEP coordination, and fit-out construction methods, with familiarity with local codes and regulations. Effective communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities, with a collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
