Role Purpose The Sales Professional will represent Kingdom by MAG and our projects, serving as a key point of contact for prospective buyers and real estate agency partners. The role focuses on delivering engaging project presentations, building strong business relationships, generating quality sales opportunities, and contributing to the company's sales objectives. Key Responsibilities Present and promote Kingdom by MAG's real estate projects to prospective clients. Engage with potential buyers and identify their property requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agencies and brokers. Coordinate with agency partners to generate qualified sales opportunities. Communicate project features, payment plans, prices, and available inventory. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's projects and market offerings. Follow up with prospective clients and maintain effective communication. Support the achievement of individual and team sales targets. Represent Kingdom by MAG professionally during meetings, presentations, and networking events. What You'll Bring Skills, Knowledge & Experience Previous experience in Dubai real estate sales is mandatory. Fluency in Russian and English, both written and spoken. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Professional conduct and a confident approach. Ability to engage with clients from different cultural backgrounds. Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
