Production Manager – Wood & Luxury Joinery Workshop FEIZO Design | Riyadh Most people think they can manage a workshop. Very few actually can. FEIZO Design is building a serious joinery and high-end production operation in Riyadh, and we are looking for a Production Manager who understands real craftsmanship, luxury standards, and operational precision. This is not a desk job. This is a leadership role on the workshop floor. If your experience is limited to reports, meetings, and excuses — this position is not for you. Your Responsibility You will take full control of the wood workshop production, organize the team, and establish a high-efficiency production system capable of executing complex luxury projects. Your mission is simple but demanding: Transform the current workshop into a fully operational, world-class production facility within 6 months. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Manage carpenters, technicians, and specialized craftsmen. Production Control: Set and enforce strict production schedules to ensure on-time delivery. Technical Execution: Read and execute shop drawings, cutting lists, and BOQs with zero margin for error. Material Integration: Master the seamless combination of luxury materials — executing intricate details where wood meets brass/copper, glass, natural stone, and leather. System & Workflow Building: Build an efficient workflow from raw material intake to final white-glove installation. Facility Development: Identify required Machinery, upgrade tools, and scale up production capacity. Quality Assurance: Maintain strict, uncompromising quality standards required for high-end luxury interiors and bespoke furniture. We expect someone who leads from the workshop floor — not from an office chair. Requirements 10+ years of experience in joinery, wood production, and luxury interior fit-out. Deep Knowledge of Material Interactions: Proven experience in joining and combining wood with brass, metal, glass, and leather in high-end finishes. Track Record in Luxury Projects: Direct experience working on ultra-luxury residential and commercial projects. Technical Expertise: Strong mastery of woodworking machinery, advanced workshop operations, shop drawings, cutting lists, and BOQs. Leadership & Drive: Proven ability to manage teams, optimize workflows, and deliver flawless results under pressure.
