Transportation Traffic Agent

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily transportation schedules for tourist transfers, excursions, and group movements. Assign vehicles and communicate trip details, itineraries, and pick-up instructions to drivers. Monitor vehicle movements, driver punctuality, and adherence to scheduled services. Follow up on traffic conditions, delays, route changes, and vehicle availability. Coordinate with drivers, tour guides, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations. Verify driver and vehicle documentation in accordance with company procedures. Report vehicle maintenance needs, safety concerns, accidents, and operational incidents. Handle routine transportation issues and escalate major disruptions or complaints to the supervisor / manager. Maintain accurate records of tours, vehicle assignments, delays, and cancellations. Update transportation systems and prepare daily operational reports as required. Ensure transportation services comply with applicable traffic laws, safety requirements, and company standards. Support a positive tourist experience by ensuring reliable and comfortable transportation services. Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in transportation coordination, traffic operations, or tourism operations. Good knowledge of road networks and tourist destinations across Egypt. Familiarity with transportation scheduling tools and Microsoft Office. Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required. Show more Show less
