Production & Supply Chain Manager – Electronics Manufacturing – UAE | 12-Month Mission

We are looking for an experienced Production & Supply Chain Manager to lead manufacturing operations and supply chain activities within the electronics industry . 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily manufacturing operations, production planning, capacity, quality, and on-time delivery. Lead production teams, ensuring performance, efficiency, and HSE compliance. Manage production quality, non-conformities, and corrective actions. Drive supply chain planning, inventory management, S&OP, and MRP processes. Manage procurement, supplier relationships, and EMS partners. Anticipate electronic component shortages, obsolescence, and supply risks. Oversee logistics, customs, and export-control compliance. Monitor production budgets, unit costs, and operational KPIs. Collaborate with engineering and industrialization teams throughout the product lifecycle. 🔹 Required Qualifications: Master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in production and/or supply chain management within electronics manufacturing. Willingness to relocate to the UAE for the mission. Proven experience managing serial production lines or EMS-based manufacturing operations. Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, S&OP, inventory management, and supplier negotiations. Solid understanding of the electronic components market and supply chain challenges. Demonstrated leadership and team management experience. Fluent English is mandatory. Arabic is a plus. Show more Show less
