The Position As part of Roche’s Saudi-based Early in Career Development Programme – Commercial, you will embark on a 12-month transformational journey designed for aspiring pharmacists. In this rotational role, you will gain hands-on experience in strategic, patient-centered functions, collaborating across the healthcare ecosystem to solve real challenges around science, technology, and healthcare partnerships. Engage in Rotational Learning: Participate in hands-on rotations across patient care, stakeholder collaboration, and system transformation to build critical skills Drive Patient-Centered Initiatives: Work on projects that advance patient outcomes and support our vision of personalized healthcare Experiment with Innovative Ideas: Contribute to solving real-world challenges alongside forward-thinking industry professionals in a supportive, dynamic environment Access Targeted Mentorship & Leadership Development: Gain exposure to senior leaders, curated learning experiences, and structured mentorship to accelerate your professional growth Collaborate Across the Ecosystem: Build impactful partnerships with internal teams and healthcare stakeholders to help shape the future of patient care Who You Are You are a passionate, purpose-driven pharmacy graduate at the early stage of your career, eager to make a lasting difference in the healthcare system. Educational Background: Recent degree (Bachelor’s or PharmD) in Pharmacy or equivalent pharmaceutical science qualifications Curiosity & Learning Agility: Strong desire to learn, experiment with new ideas, and adapt in a fast-paced environment Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for working across diverse teams and cultures Patient Advocacy Mindset: Demonstrated enthusiasm for patient outcomes, healthcare leadership, and system transformation Courage & Initiative: Proactive approach to problem-solving and a drive to take on challenges with confidence At Roche, you’re empowered to design your own learning path.
