Technical Manager - Fit Out / Interiors

I am looking for a Technical Manager to oversee the technical delivery of high-end interior fit-out projects in Riyadh with a Design & Build Fit-Out Contractor. The company specialises in delivering complex interior fit-out projects across Hospitality (Hotels), Commercial, Luxury F&B and Retail sectors. This position requires a technically strong candidate with proven experience working for a Fit-Out contractor or within Fit-Out delivery, capable of managing technical teams, resolving complex design and construction challenges, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the technical and engineering department across multiple interior fit-out projects. Oversee the preparation, coordination and approval of shop drawings, material submittals and technical documentation. Manage technical coordination between architectural, interior design, MEP, structural and specialist subcontractors. Review design drawings, specifications and contractual requirements to identify technical issues and develop practical solutions. Provide technical support to project managers and site teams throughout the construction and installation stages. Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers and subcontractors to resolve technical challenges. Oversee technical submissions, RFIs, design modifications and approvals to maintain project programmes. Manage and mentor a team of technical engineers, architects and draftsmen. Ensure all technical deliverables meet project specifications, quality standards and relevant KSA regulations. Candidate Requirements: Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related discipline. Ideally 7+ years of relevant experience in Fit-Out/Interiors industry. Strong technical knowledge of high-end interior fit-out, joinery, finishes, specialist installations and MEP coordination. Experience delivering Hotels, Commercial Offices, Luxury Retail, F&B or similarly complex interior projects. Strong understanding of shop drawings, construction detailing, material specifications and installation methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
