Contract Administrator

This role plays a key part in supporting complex construction bids and ensuring professional, timely, and compliant /sales, and internal support functions, gaining valuable exposure to large-scale projects in a collaborative environment. What You'll Do As a Contract Administrator, your main responsibility will be to support the Inquiry to Order (ITO) process for Large Projects & Offshore Customer. You Will Support the Inquiry-to-Order (ITO) process for Large Projects & Offshore Customer. Prepare and coordinate project bids and quotations Manage bid and proposal documentation throughout the bid lifecycle Ensure compliance with customer requirements and Hilti standards Coordinate with engineering, sales, and backend teams Support post-bid clarifications and revisions Contribute to continuous improvement of contract administration processes Process the PO, Order Entries, Co-ordination with factories & customer for post order process and shipment tracking to meet the delivery deadlines.
