HR Generalist

Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities. Handle recruitment, onboarding, employee records, leave and attendance. Coordinate payroll inputs and employee benefits. Support employee relations, performance management and HR policies. Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies. Maintain accurate HR documentation and prepare HR reports. Support visa/work permit and other employee-related processes. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field. Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
