Customer Support Representative This position is for a customer support activity for new corporate customer onboarding through an online digital platform. Main activities involved: The staff is required to support all customer inquiries and guide them on the steps in the entire onboarding process. (training will be provided) Review applications and provide feedback to clients. Answer customer calls (Arabic & English) received through a dedicated call center for this process and guide & support the clients. Approve applications and complete the internal due diligence process. A target driven operation with a set SLA to adhere to. The main skills we are looking for: Customer servicing/ support skills.
