Talent Associate (Freelance Recruiter) – Remote We are looking for experienced recruiters who can work independently, from anywhere, on live mandates from our UAE and GCC clients. You manage your own time; we provide the jobs, the client relationship and the support. What you will do • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and your network • Screen CVs and run first-round phone or video interviews • Submit shortlists through our ATS • Keep candidates engaged through interviews, offers and joining • Keep candidate records accurate and confidential What we are looking for • 2+ years' recruitment experience; UAE/GCC hiring a strong plus • A proven record of closing roles • Strong sourcing skills: LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukrigulf, Bayt, GulfTalent, Indeed • Excellent English; other languages a plus • Own laptop, reliable internet and a quiet workspace • Able to work as an independent contractor (UAE residents: freelance permit or sponsor NOC) • Available at least 4 hours a day within UAE office hours What we offer • Up to 25% of the fee on every placement, paid after the client pays • A bonus when you introduce a new client • Live mandates.
