On behalf of a leading client in the glass manufacturing industry, we are looking for an experienced Human Resources Specialist to support and manage HR activities at the companyβs facility in Ain Sokhna, Suez.
πππ¬ π₯ππ¦π£π’π‘π¦ππππππ§πππ¦
β’ Manage recruitment and selection activities, including job postings, CV screening, interviews, and candidate follow-up.
β’ Maintain accurate and confidential employee files and HR records.
β’ Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
β’ Support attendance, leave, and employee data administration.
β’ Assist with payroll preparation and coordinate employee-related documentation with Finance.
β’ Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations.
β’ Handle employee inquiries and support employee relations matters.
β’ Coordinate training activities and maintain training records when required.
β’ Prepare HR reports and maintain updated employee databases.
β’ Ensure HR documentation and practices comply with applicable labor regulations and company policies.

β’ Previous experience in the glass manufacturing industry is a MUST.
β’ Bachelorβs degree.
β’ Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
