Role Description The Real Estate Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo, responsible for overseeing daily real estate operations and property activities within assigned portfolios. This includes supervising leasing processes, supporting property marketing and sales initiatives, coordinating with agents and administrative staff, and ensuring accurate documentation of leases and transactions. The role involves monitoring property performance, resolving tenant and client inquiries, and maintaining compliance with company policies and local regulations. The Real Estate Supervisor will collaborate with management to develop strategies for occupancy, revenue growth, and service quality, while providing regular reports and insights on market trends and portfolio status. The position requires consistent presence at the office and on properties to manage operations, support team members, and uphold Coldwell Banker Egypt’s service standards. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Property Management skills, including oversight of property operations, tenant relations, and maintenance coordination. Candidates should possess Lease Administration and Leases expertise, including drafting, reviewing, and managing lease agreements and related documentation. Candidates should possess solid Real Estate knowledge, with familiarity in residential and/or Commercial Real Estate markets, practices, and regulations. Candidates should possess effective communication, negotiation, and customer service skills to work with clients, tenants, and internal teams. Candidates should possess organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties, interpret reports, and make data-informed decisions. Relevant experience in real estate supervision, brokerage, or property management, preferably within the Egyptian market, is highly beneficial. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in MS Office and real estate management tools. Show more Show less
