Assistant Job Id :100197839 JobApplication Tracker × Please enter details to report job Name* Email* Reason to report Description Industry: Delivery Company Location: Kuwait Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and experienced Operations Assistant Manager to support daily delivery operations, manage drivers and supervisors, monitor performance, and ensure smooth and efficient business operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills, preferably with experience in a food delivery or logistics company. Key Responsibilities Assist the Operations Manager in managing daily delivery operations. Supervise and coordinate delivery drivers, team leaders, and field supervisors. Monitor driver attendance, performance, productivity, and delivery targets. Ensure timely order deliveries and maintain high customer satisfaction. Coordinate with restaurants, clients, customer service teams, and other departments. Monitor fleet operations, vehicle availability, maintenance, and driver assignments. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Track key performance indicators (KPIs), delivery times, and operational efficiency. Handle operational issues, customer complaints, and driver-related concerns. Ensure company policies, procedures, and delivery service standards are followed. Monitor operational records and update relevant information in the Odoo system. Identify operational challenges and recommend improvements to reduce costs and increase productivity. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of delivery drivers when required. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in delivery operations, logistics, or fleet management. Previous experience in a food delivery company is highly preferred. Proven experience managing drivers, supervisors, and operational teams. Good knowledge of delivery platforms and fleet operations. Experience using Odoo ERP or similar operational management systems is an advantage. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational tasks. Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage. Candidates currently residing in Kuwait are preferred.
