Senior Consultant, Finance - Tech

Job Purpose To support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Financial solutions by aligning system functionality with business requirements. The role focuses on streamlining financial processes, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency, and providing technical and functional support to enhance financial operations across the organization. Roles and Responsibilities Analyze, design, configure, test, implement, and document business processes and Oracle Financial solutions. Collaborate with business users and process owners to understand requirements, ensure stakeholder alignment, and support successful Oracle implementations. Assist business users in mapping, optimizing, and streamlining financial processes through the implementation of Oracle Financial modules. Conduct user training, provide ongoing support, and troubleshoot system-related issues. Support the implementation, deployment, and rollout of Oracle Financial modules. Identify gaps between business requirements and system functionality, recommend appropriate solutions or workarounds, and collaborate with technical teams to develop, test, and implement enhancements. Plan and manage data migration activities, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and cleansing. Monitor system performance and ensure optimal response times. Ensure compliance with established quality standards, processes, procedures, and policies. Prepare and submit progress reports as required. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Preferred CA/CPA/CMA/CA-CMA Inter/MBA. Good Accounting knowledge in P2P and O2C process. Oracle GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, EBS Tax. Exposure to Oracle Hyperion, Oracle BI, Oracle Property & Oracle Fusion. Good verbal, written and presentation skills. Show more Show less
