🚀 We're Hiring: International Club & Creators Integration Manager 📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia / International Applicants Welcome 🎮 Sector: Esports | Gaming | Live Events | Entertainment We are looking for an experienced International Club & Creators Integration Manager to support the planning and delivery of a major international gaming and esports festival. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international esports organisations, gaming creators, talent partnerships and live-event programming. Key Responsibilities: Develop engaging festival programmes involving international esports clubs, creators and gaming communities. Coordinate directly with international clubs, content creators, talent managers and agencies. Manage participation schedules, content requirements, availability and approvals. Develop fan engagement experiences, including meet-and-greets, watch parties, creator challenges and interactive activities. Connect tournament activities with the wider festival entertainment programme. Coordinate content rights and partner requirements with the client. Maintain partner coordination records, programme updates and decision logs. Oversee onsite creator and club activities throughout the event, supporting real-time programming decisions. Requirements: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in gaming, esports, creator programmes or major live-event production. Experience delivering at least two complete event seasons. Strong international network of esports clubs, creators, talent agencies or gaming organisations. Proven experience personally developing and delivering international creator or esports engagement programmes. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work onsite in Riyadh throughout the full event period. Professional English communication skills. Interested?
