Senior QA Engineer

Aumet is looking for a skilled QA Engineer to establish and maintain reliable automated testing frameworks for our mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate will ensure product quality, improve test coverage, identify defects early, and support faster, more reliable software releases. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications. Build and enhance test automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage. Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to identify and resolve defects. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing. Investigate test failures, document defects, and track them through resolution. Maintain test plans, test cases, and testing documentation. Identify opportunities to reduce manual testing and improve release quality. Ensure applications meet established quality standards before deployment. Minimum Requirements Experience: 3–5 years in Software Quality Assurance, Test Automation, or Software Testing. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field. Hands-on experience developing and maintaining automated test frameworks. Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium. Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or equivalent. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and defect-tracking tools. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within an engineering team. Preferred Qualifications ISTQB Foundation Level (CTFL), ISTQB Test Automation Engineer, or equivalent certification. Experience testing both web and mobile applications. Knowledge of performance testing and non-functional testing. Practical experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD workflows.
