Qualidev is looking for a highly experienced Software & AI Technical Lead to lead the architecture and delivery of scalable, secure, AI-enabled software solutions while driving technical excellence across engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead and mentor software engineering teams.
•Own software architecture across web, APIs, cloud, and AI solutions.
•Drive full-stack development, code quality, and engineering best practices.
•Lead microservices, REST APIs, integrations, DevOps, CI/CD, security, and scalability.
•Drive the adoption of AI technologies and AI-assisted engineering practices.
Qualifications:
•12+ years of experience in Software Development.
•Strong hands-on technical leadership and full-stack expertise.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
