Production Shift Leader

WE ARE HIRING | Production Shift Leader Latex Med for Plastic and Rubber Products, one of El-Aggar Group Companies, is currently looking for a qualified Production Shift Leader to join our team. Working Hours: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM Location: Near the Lion Village, KM 57 Alexandria–Cairo Desert Road, El-Shemoua St., Abu Al Matamir, El Beheira Governorate. Job Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage daily production activities during the assigned shift. - Ensure production plans and targets are achieved efficiently and on time. - Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and compliance with standards. - Distribute tasks and responsibilities among production team members. - Follow up on machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team when needed. - Ensure employees follow safety rules, work instructions, and company policies. - Monitor raw material consumption and minimize production waste. - Prepare shift reports, document production performance, and report any issues to management. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production operations. - Identify operational problems and implement corrective actions to improve productivity. Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Science. - 1–3 years of relevant experience in production or manufacturing. - Good leadership and communication skills. - Ability to manage production operations and supervise shift teams. - Ability to work under pressure and achieve production targets.
