In this role, you will guide steel fixing work on-site and help the team meet project goals. You will work with site engineers and workers to ensure that all work is done safely, on time, and to the right quality. If you enjoy leading a team and seeing your work take shape, this could be the right role for you! Responsibilities Lead and guide steel fixers and workers on-site. Plan daily steel fixing work as per the project schedule. Read and follow structural drawings and bar bending schedules. Check the cutting, bending, and fixing of steel bars. Ensure steel work meets project plans and quality standards. Check steel placement, spacing, cover, and tying before concrete work. Work closely with site engineers and other teams to avoid delays. Follow site safety rules and keep the work area clean. Track daily work progress and report any issues to the site team. Ensure the right use of tools, materials, and manpower. Qualifications 2–4 years of experience as a Steel Foreman in civil construction. Good knowledge of steel fixing and reinforcement work. Ability to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules. Experience in leading steel fixers and site workers. Basic knowledge of construction quality and safety rules. Good communication and team leadership skills. Ability to work on-site in Dubai.
