Guest Relations Officer – Khairiya Restaurant (New Cairo) Khairiya is an Egyptian restaurant serving authentic oriental home-style cuisine. We're expanding in Tagamoa and looking for a warm, polished Guest Relations Officer to be the face of our restaurant. Responsibilities Welcome guests, manage seating and waiting lists Handle reservations (phone, WhatsApp, social media) Present the menu and recommend dishes Respond to guest feedback and resolve complaints quickly Coordinate with the floor and kitchen teams to keep service smooth Record guest details and feedback in our CRM Requirements 1–3 years of experience in guest relations, hosting, or customer service (restaurant or hotel) Excellent Arabic and good spoken English Professional appearance and a friendly, confident personality Comfortable working shifts, weekends, and holidays Living near New Cairo is a plus What we offer Competitive salary plus performance incentives Growth within an expanding brand Meal during shifts Show more Show less
