Company Description Yousef Nader & Sons Co. is a fully owned, full-service fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) distribution company with a long-standing presence since 1955. The company built a strong reputation and leading market share in the sugar industry and has since expanded to represent well-known local and international brands. It serves retail, wholesale, and food service segments throughout Jordan. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Amman. The Graphic Designer will create and refine visual assets for digital and print channels, including marketing materials, product packaging, social media content, and sales collateral. Responsibilities include developing brand-aligned concepts, designing packaging, and preparing files for production. The role also involves collaborating with marketing teams, interpreting briefs, participating in campaign ideation, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. The Graphic Designer will manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and contribute creative ideas that support brand visibility and market growth. Qualifications Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience producing visual materials for both digital and print formats. Proficiency in Basic Marketing and Branding, including developing and maintaining cohesive visual identities. Solid understanding of Typography, layout, and color theory to create clear and engaging designs. Competence in industry-standard design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) Ability to interpret creative briefs, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and communicate design concepts effectively. Attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Experience in FMCG, retail, or distribution sectors is an advantage, as is familiarity with packaging and trade marketing design. Show more Show less
