Junior Media Buyer Blue Mark Agency | Amman, Jordan | On-site | Full-time About the Role Blue Mark Agency is looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven Junior Media Buyer to join our growing digital marketing team. You will work directly under senior management, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts. We're looking for someone who understands Meta Ads Manager, can identify performance issues quickly, and takes action to improve campaign results. Key Responsibilities Set up, launch, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns. Manage multiple advertising accounts simultaneously. Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Optimize campaigns based on CPA, CPL, ROAS, and other relevant KPIs. Conduct audience testing, creative testing, and budget optimization. Implement campaign strategies and optimization instructions efficiently. Prepare clear performance updates and reports. Use AI tools to improve research, analysis, and daily productivity. Requirements 6–24 months of hands-on media buying experience preferred. Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager — mandatory. Experience managing multiple client ad accounts. Good understanding of campaign structures, targeting, tracking, and optimization. Ability to identify performance issues and take corrective action quickly. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with Google Ads is a plus. Experience with TikTok Ads or Snapchat Ads is an advantage. Previous experience at a digital marketing agency is preferred. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
