Mechanical Engineer - Production

We are currently looking for a talented Mechanical Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design, production, and quality of our prefabricated bathroom pods. Responsibilities include Review and develop mechanical layouts, technical drawings, and specifications for prefabricated bathroom pods. Coordinate plumbing, drainage, ventilation, and other mechanical installations within modular units. Provide technical support throughout the manufacturing, assembly, and testing processes. Monitor mechanical installations to ensure compliance with approved drawings and quality standards. Conduct and oversee pressure tests, leak tests, and functional inspections. Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, reduce defects, and minimize rework. Coordinate with design, engineering, production, QC teams, and suppliers. Maintain technical documentation, inspection reports, and as-built drawings. Here's what you'll need Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in modular construction, prefabrication, off-site manufacturing, or bathroom pod production. Strong knowledge of plumbing, drainage, ventilation, and mechanical systems. Experience in factory-based manufacturing and production environments. Ability to interpret technical drawings and MEP layouts. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar engineering software. Knowledge of quality inspections, pressure testing, and leak testing.
