You will lead your business, with access to experienced business builders, domain experts, and capital across the Hamilton Bradshaw MENA ecosystem. The Opportunity As the Founder, you will take responsibility for building and growing the business, including: Defining your proposition, target market and growth strategy. Winning clients and developing long-term commercial relationships. Establishing effective, ethical collection processes and service standards. Recruiting and leading a high-performing team. Managing budgets, cash flow and profitability. Ensuring appropriate licensing, compliance and governance. Who we’re looking for Someone that’s an experienced debt collection, credit management or receivables professional, and is now ready to launch their own venture, or an existing founder looking to scale. You will bring: A strong track record in debt collection, credit management or a closely related field. An understanding of the UAE market and relevant business relationships. The ability to win business, lead people and deliver results. Sound commercial judgement and financial discipline. A commitment to integrity, accountability and professional conduct.
