Senior Director - Commercial (Development Finance)

Lead the development finance function for major development, infrastructure, real estate, and strategic investment initiatives by establishing optimal funding strategies, capital structures, and financial solutions. Provide executive leadership on project financing, investment evaluation, financial feasibility, and capital allocation decisions to support sustainable growth and value creation. Drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making through effective stakeholder management, financial governance, and innovative financing approaches.
