Talent Acquisition Lead

Position Summary The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring the organization attracts, assesses, and hires top talent in alignment with business objectives. The role partners closely with business leaders to develop effective hiring strategies, support workforce planning, enhance employer branding, optimize recruitment processes, and deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from requisition approval to offer acceptance and onboarding handover. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source, assess, interview, and select high-quality candidates across multiple functions and levels. Manage offer negotiations while ensuring alignment with internal policies and compensation guidelines. Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs. Ensure all recruitment activities are completed within agreed service level agreements (SLAs). Recruitment Strategy & Workforce Planning Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce plans. Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and support annual manpower planning. Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and talent availability insights to support hiring decisions. Develop proactive sourcing strategies for critical and hard-to-fill positions. Stakeholder Management Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders. Act as a trusted advisor on recruitment best practices, market trends, and hiring strategies. Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate timely hiring decisions. Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process. Candidate Experience & Employer Branding Deliver a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Support employer branding initiatives through recruitment campaigns, career fairs, university partnerships, social media, and employee referral programs. Promote the organization's employee value proposition to strengthen its employer brand. Recruitment Operations & Compliance Maintain accurate recruitment data, ATS records, dashboards, and hiring documentation. Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies, employment legislation, and internal governance requirements. Manage recruitment vendors and agency relationships while monitoring recruitment costs and service quality. Standardize recruitment processes and maintain recruitment documentation and templates. Recruitment Analytics & Continuous Improvement Monitor and analyze recruitment KPIs and prepare regular reports for HR leadership. Identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency, sourcing effectiveness, and quality of hire. Leverage recruitment technology, automation, and market best practices to continuously enhance recruitment processes. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field. Experience 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including at least 2 years in a senior or team lead role. Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions and organizational levels. Experience in workforce planning, stakeholder management, and employer branding is preferred. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.
