About the Company Stafmed is recruiting an exceptional Consultant Oncoplastic Breast Surgeon for a senior full-time opportunity with a leading hospital in the UAE. About the Role We are seeking a highly accomplished breast surgeon with advanced expertise in breast oncology, breast-conserving surgery and oncoplastic reconstructive techniques. The successful candidate will join a sophisticated multidisciplinary breast service and play a pivotal role in delivering world-class surgical and patient-centred care. Responsibilities Assess and manage benign and malignant breast conditions Perform breast-conserving surgery, mastectomy and oncoplastic procedures Undertake complex reconstructive and symmetry procedures where appropriate Participate in multidisciplinary breast cancer meetings Collaborate closely with oncology, radiology, pathology, plastic surgery and genetic services Develop personalised surgical treatment plans Support breast screening, early detection and survivorship programmes Contribute to clinical governance, audit, teaching and service development Qualifications Board certification in General Surgery with recognised subspecialty training in Breast or Oncoplastic Surgery Recognised Tier 1 qualification, including ABMS, Canadian Royal College certification, UK CCT/CCST or an equivalent recognised qualification Minimum 3–5 years of post-specialisation experience in breast and oncoplastic surgery Eligibility for Consultant-level licensing with DHA, DOH or MOHAP Required Skills Advanced breast oncology and oncoplastic surgical expertise Strong experience in complex breast-conserving procedures Excellent surgical judgement and technical capability Proven multidisciplinary leadership and communication skills Strong commitment to patient-centred cancer care Compensation A premium tax-free compensation package will be offered based on qualifications, surgical expertise, and experience.
