Factory Manager

The ideal candidate must have a strong background in woodworking, furniture manufacturing, production operations, and factory management, with the ability to ensure operational efficiency, high-quality standards, cost control, and on-time delivery Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in furniture manufacturing, including at least 2–3 years in a factory management role. Strong technical knowledge of wood materials, furniture construction, joinery, finishing, and manufacturing processes is mandatory. Experience working with solid wood, MDF, plywood, veneers, laminates, and other furniture manufacturing materials. Familiarity with woodworking machinery, CNC machines, cutting equipment, and production processes. Strong knowledge of production planning, cost management, inventory control, and quality assurance.
