We are looking for someone who can bring strong leadership, operational expertise, and fresh ideas to help us grow and deliver outstanding service. Oversee Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the daily operations of our limousine and delivery services. Oversee fleet management, vehicle allocation, maintenance, and scheduling. Lead, motivate, and develop our operations team, including drivers and dispatchers. Ensure excellent customer experience and service quality. Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement. Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and implement effective solutions. Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and business partners. Ensure compliance with transportation, safety, licensing, and insurance requirements. Identify opportunities for business growth and operational expansion. Qualifications Proven experience in senior operations management, preferably in transportation, limousine, logistics, or delivery services. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent knowledge of fleet management and operational processes. Strong problem-solving, planning, and decision-making abilities. A results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
