Senior Manager – Commercial & Residential Properties

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Commercial & Residential Properties to join a leading diversified business group in the UAE. This role will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing a diverse portfolio of commercial, retail, and residential properties, with a strong focus on asset performance, leasing strategies, occupancy optimization, operational excellence, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with hands-on property management expertise and a proven track record in managing diverse real estate portfolios. Key Responsibilities Oversee the management and performance of commercial, retail, and residential property portfolios. Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy, rental income, and tenant retention. Lead lease negotiations, renewals, tenant relations, and contractual agreements. Manage day-to-day property operations, including mall management, facilities, maintenance, and service providers. Drive financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, and rental collection. Identify opportunities to enhance asset value, operational efficiency, and portfolio profitability. Conduct property evaluations, feasibility studies, and due diligence to support potential acquisitions and business expansion. Ensure compliance with relevant property regulations, contractual obligations, and health and safety standards. Provide regular portfolio performance reports, market insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Candidate Requirements 10–14+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a property management leadership role. Proven experience managing commercial and residential property portfolios, ideally including retail assets or shopping malls. Strong expertise in leasing, tenant management, property operations, and asset performance optimization. Solid understanding of real estate financials, budgeting, rental yields, occupancy management, and operational costs. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple properties, external service providers, and diverse stakeholders. Strong negotiation, analytical, commercial, and leadership capabilities. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related discipline. An MBA or relevant professional certification is an advantage. Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
