Role - Customer Service & After-Sales Executive Location - Dubai Required Skills- Must be Customer-focused, presentable, highly responsive Minimum 2–3 years of customer service, client relations, or after-sales experience with a UAE real estate developer. Excellent spoken and written English. Clear, pleasant, and professional telephone manner. Presentable, friendly, confident, and service-oriented personality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including experience with demanding or VIP clients. Highly responsive with strong follow-up and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously and prioritise urgent matters. Experience with CRM systems is preferred. Good understanding of the UAE property purchase and after-sales process.
