Role Description The Architect role at Midas Furniture is a full-time, on-site position based in Smart Village. The Architect will design and develop functional, aesthetic, and cost-effective architectural solutions for showrooms, offices, and commercial projects, aligned with brand standards and client requirements. Daily tasks include creating architectural drawings and 3D models, coordinating design details with engineering and interior design teams, and preparing design presentations and technical documentation. The role involves collaborating with project managers to plan and oversee project timelines, ensuring designs meet regulatory codes, safety standards, and sustainability objectives. The Architect will also support design-and-build solutions, participate in site visits, review construction progress, and provide guidance to contractors and other stakeholders. Qualifications We are looking for a detail-oriented Architect or Interior Designer to join our team supporting Gulf projects. The role involves a balanced mix of tender support, pricing assistance, 3D work, and shop drawings, with direct exposure to international brands. Requirements: - Bachelor’s in Architecture or Interior Design. - Strong in AutoCAD, 3ds Max (or equivalent), and rendering tools (V-Ray / Corona / D5). - Good command of English and Arabic. -Detail-oriented and strong multitasker. - Minimum of 3 years of experience.
