Ain Jsaas Contracting | Project Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical) Ain Jsaas Contracting is hiring a Project Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical) for a government operation and maintenance contract for fire and life safety systems in Shaqra and the Riyadh Region governorates. Responsibilities: Daily technical supervision of technicians, assigning maintenance tasks and monitoring on-time completion Preventive and corrective maintenance of fire alarm, firefighting systems and fire networks per the approved plan Handling service requests within contractual response times, documented with photos and readings Preparing monthly payment certificate data, compensatory items and technical reports Inspecting materials and spare parts and verifying compliance before installation Applying occupational health and safety standards and Civil Defense requirements on site Managing and documenting all work exclusively through the company's digital platform Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering 8+ years of experience, verified by the GOSI statement and experience certificates Valid professional accreditation from the Saudi Council of Engineers Open to all nationalities; non-Saudis must hold a valid transferable Iqama (sponsorship is transferred only after passing the 180-day probation) Preferred: NFPA or Civil Defense certificates, and a valid Saudi driving license Contract: fixed-term 12 months, renewable, 180-day probation, 6-day work week; the total wage includes housing and transport allowances.
