Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Purpose: To attract, source, and hire qualified talents, ensuring vacancies are filled on time with candidates who match technical requirements and company values, and building a strong talent pipeline and employer brand. Key Responsibilities: Work with department heads and project managers to understand manpower needs and prepare accurate job descriptions and job ads. Source candidates through job boards (LinkedIn, social media, referrals, ... etc.) Screen CVs, conduct initial phone screening and HR interviews, and shortlist candidates against technical and behavioral criteria. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, collect feedback, and manage candidates through every stage of the process. Conduct reference checks and support offer preparation, salary negotiation, and onboarding of new hires. Track recruitment progress against the manpower plan, and report time to hire, cost per hire, and open vacancies regularly. Maintain and update the applicant tracking records and a database of potential candidates. Build relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and professional communities relevant to steel and infrastructure. Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and labor regulations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Wuzzuf, and other sourcing tools and platforms. Strong interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills. Excellent command of English language. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with applicant tracking or HR systems. Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
