Service Trainer

Job Responsibilities : Responsible for training service personnel on product knowledge, repair techniques, fault diagnosis, and after-sales service procedures. Develop training plans based on business needs, and prepare and update training materials, technical manuals, and practical training resources. Organize and deliver online and offline training sessions, including practical instruction on product operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Evaluate training effectiveness, conduct assessments and certification, and maintain training records to continuously improve service personnel's technical skills. Collect typical service cases and technical issues, and collaborate with technical, R&D, and service teams to update training content. Provide training for distributors and customers, as well as on-site technical guidance for major projects, as required.
