S2E AGENCY IS HIRING Business Development Manager — Marketing & Creative Agency 📍 Doha, Qatar | On-site Previous business development or account growth experience within a marketing, advertising or creative agency is required. Fluency in Arabic and professional proficiency in English are essential. You understand how agencies work—from identifying an opportunity and shaping a proposal to winning the pitch and building a lasting client relationship. We’re looking for a commercially driven professional to win new business and grow S2E’s client accounts. Our services span branding, marketing, social media, video and photography, CGI and animation, post-production, and event coverage. Your role → Identify prospects, generate qualified leads and convert opportunities into signed projects. → Lead client meetings, presentations, pitches and commercial negotiations. → Develop proposals, scopes of work and quotations with our creative and production teams. → Grow existing accounts by identifying opportunities for additional projects and ongoing services. → Maintain strong client relationships and coordinate with internal teams throughout delivery. → Manage your pipeline and work toward agreed revenue targets. What you bring • Previous employment within a marketing, advertising or creative agency, with direct responsibility for new business or account growth. • A proven record of winning projects, retainers or expanding agency accounts. • An understanding of how creative and production services are scoped, priced and delivered. • Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills. • Fluency in Arabic and professional proficiency in English. • Ability to work on-site in Doha, Qatar. An established network of brand and marketing decision-makers in Qatar or the GCC is a strong advantage.
