Senior Manager – Data, AI & Digital Transformation Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Employment: Full-time | Senior/Managerial. ABOUT THE ROLE IIE is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead data engineering, business intelligence, AI adoption, systems integration, and digital transformation across our contracting and MEP operations. We need a hands-on leader who can design and deliver working solutions—not simply recommend software. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Design and oversee company data architecture, databases, ETL/ELT pipelines, data quality, governance, and secure access. • Integrate data across project management, estimation, procurement, finance, HR, and document-management systems. • Build management dashboards for project profitability, cash flow, procurement, productivity, and operational KPIs. • Lead practical AI and automation projects for BOQ analysis, tender review, cost estimation, reporting, document processing, and project-risk monitoring. • Improve Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, and related workflows; integrate systems through APIs. • Lead implementations end to end, manage internal/external technical resources, train users, and measure business impact. • Develop a phased digital-transformation roadmap, budgets, priorities, and progress reporting for management. REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer/Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. • 8–12+ years of relevant experience, including senior technical ownership and team/project leadership. • Strong hands-on skills in Python, SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT, databases, and cloud data platforms. • Experience with business intelligence, enterprise integration, automation, and AI/LLM-based solutions. • Proven record of delivering production systems, managing stakeholders, and translating business needs into measurable outcomes. • Excellent English communication and leadership skills. PREFERRED • Experience in construction, MEP, engineering, or industrial operations. • Microsoft Azure, Power BI, Power Platform, and SharePoint experience. • Experience establishing data governance and deploying AI workflows in operational businesses.
