Key Responsibilities Handle daily HR and administrative activities. Manage employee attendance, leave records, and personnel files. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation. **Prepare and process monthly payroll, including salary calculations, overtime, deductions, and employee allowances.** Verify attendance and leave data to ensure accurate salary processing. Maintain payroll records and prepare salary reports. Prepare HR reports, employment letters, and other official documents. Requirements Previous experience in HR, administration, and payroll processing. Good knowledge of payroll calculations, attendance management, overtime, and salary deductions. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications. Knowledge of HR procedures and Kuwait Labour Law. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidential records.
