As an Executive Lounge Manager-Supervisor, you’re not just overseeing daily operations of the Executive Lounge – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. Responsibilities Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Oversee lounge operations: Lead daily execution of the Executive Lounge service standards to ensure a seamless and elevated guest experience Deliver exceptional service: Uphold brand and quality standards to exceed expectations of executive and VIP guests Resolve guest issues with care: Respond to enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally Maintain lounge presentation: Ensure guest supplies are consistently stocked and lounge areas meet cleanliness and service standards Lead and develop the team: Ensure team members are knowledgeable about hotel services, VIP preferences, and local attractions, and consistently provide warm, professional hospitality Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing Qualifications What It Takes to Make the Stay At Hilton, Our Core Values Define What It Takes To Succeed Here And Guide The Qualities We Look For In Every Team Member A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality.
