SUSTAINABILITY & ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGER

Hill Inetrnational is looking to appoint a Sustainability & Environmental Manager for a large sacle mixed use Development Project at the North Coast in the Mediterrenean. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering (Environmental/Water), Environmental Science, or related field. LEED AP (BD+C) or proven experience delivering LEED Gold projects is required. Master’s degree is preferred. Professional Experience 15+ years of experience. Strong experience in ESIA and authority approvals (EEAA / SPA). Proven experience in LEED certification delivery (minimum gold level). Experience in large - scale developments (coastal/tourism preferred). Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all sustainability and environmental ac_ vi_ es across design and early construc_ on phases. Take full ownership of ESIA review, coordina_ on, and approvals (Terrestrial, Marine, and Coastal studies). Lead and oversee the LEED cer_ fica_ on process Ensure compliance with EEAA and SPA requirements and other applicable regula_ ons. Act as the primary interface with Modon on all environmental and sustainability ma_ ers. Lead responses to authority comments and ensure _ mely closure. Coordinate with environmental consultants, LEED consultants, designers, and PMC teams. Monitor LEED scorecard progress and ensure achievement of targeted cer_ fica_ on level. Ensure alignment between design deliverables, ESIA commitments, and LEED requirements. Establish systems to track authority comments, submissions, approvals, and cer_ fica_ on progress. Iden_ fy and mi_ gate risks impac_ ng approvals and cer_ fica_ on _ melines. Oversee ESMP development and implementa_ on. Establish environmental and sustainability KPIs and repor_ ng systems.
