Senior GRC Consultant & Trainer

At iExperts, we’re seeking a results-driven Senior GRC Consultant & Trainer to lead high impact Governance, Risk, and Compliance engagements, provide expert guidance to organizations in strengthening their information security posture, and drive successful implementation of international security standards and regulatory frameworks. The role also involves delivering advanced professional training programs, developing industry relevant learning materials, and empowering professionals and organizations to build stronger cybersecurity and compliance capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Lead GRC consulting engagements, including risk assessments, gap analyses, and compliance readiness. Develop and implement information security policies, procedures, and controls. Advise clients on ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and other relevant cybersecurity standards and regulatory frameworks. Support organizations in achieving and maintaining compliance certifications. Design and deliver professional GRC training sessions, workshops, and awareness programs. Develop training materials, presentations, and practical exercises. Prepare professional reports, remediation plans, and actionable recommendations. Requirements: 5–8 years of professional experience in GRC consulting, Information Security, and Compliance. Proven experience delivering professional training sessions and workshops. Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, PCI DSS, risk management, and cybersecurity frameworks. Mandatory: CISSP or CISM certification. Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and client management skills.
