We are hiring a Performance & Reporting Specialist to work on a project with an Abu Dhabi government entity. In this role, you'll run the entity's performance management system (KPI framework, targets, scorecard and performance reviews) and act as the gateway for KPI-based reporting to government, so that leadership and government get one consistent, reliable view of performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain the KPI library and KPI cards: definitions, formulas, data sources, owners and frequency
• Run the annual target-setting cycle, challenging proposals against strategy and past performance
• Control all changes to KPIs and targets through one approved process
• Run the quarterly reporting cycle: collect, validate and consolidate KPI data across business units
• Produce the quarterly scorecard and write concise commentary on results, drivers and implications
• Track agreed actions through to closure and escalate delays and recurring gaps
• Maintain the register and calendar of government reporting obligations, and prepare performance submissions
• Define and measure benefit metrics, baselines and targets for strategic initiatives
Requirements
• 6–9+ years of experience in performance management, strategy execution, business intelligence, PMO or management consulting
• Hands-on experience designing KPI frameworks, running target-setting and quarterly reporting cycles, and consolidating inputs from multiple functions
• Experience preparing performance reporting for government or regulators
• Experience producing scorecards, executive reports and management presentations
• Strong analytical skills: identifying trends, variances and their drivers
• Experience in government or semi-government, real estate or another regulated sector is preferred; experience with Abu Dhabi or GCC government performance frameworks is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, statistics, engineering, management or a related field; relevant professional certification is an advantage
• Fluency in English required; Arabic strongly preferred
Qualified UAE Nationals are strongly encouraged to apply. Exceptional candidates of all nationalities will also be considered.
