We’re Hiring a Sales Manager
Aqua-Tots Swim Schools is hiring an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales operations, drive revenue growth, and enhance the customer experience across our schools.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop Sales & Customer Experience teams.
Drive enrollment growth and achieve revenue targets.
Optimize lead management and sales conversion.
Improve customer experience and retention.
Develop sales strategies, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
Requirements
3–4+ years of experience in multi-branch sales leadership or regional operations management.
Experience in customer-facing industries such as fitness, sports, hospitality, retail, or wellness.
Proven track record in managing multi-branch revenue and achieving sales targets.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems, sales pipelines, and conversion tracking.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
Excellent communication skills; Arabic and English proficiency is preferred.
Locations: Riyadh & Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
