Digital Solution Architect (Telecom)

🚀 We’re Hiring | Digital Solution Architect 📍 Location: Amman, Jordan 🏢 Industry: Telecom Company 💼 Experience: 10+ Years of Experience We are looking for an experienced Digital Solution Architect (Telecom) with a strong background in the telecommunications industry to design end-to-end digital solutions connecting customer-facing channels with core telecom systems across both B2C and B2B business lines. 🚀Key Requirements: • 10+ years of professional experience, predominantly within the telecommunications industry, with a clear career progression into Solution Architecture. • Proven experience in Digital Solution Architecture within the telecom sector. • Experience designing integrations between digital channels (Mobile Applications, Web, Self-Care, and E-Commerce) and BSS/OSS platforms. • Experience with at least one major telecom BSS platform, such as Oracle, Amdocs, Ericsson, Huawei, or Netcracker. • Strong expertise in APIs, Microservices, and Integration Platforms. • Solid understanding of Cloud Architecture concepts. • Proven ability to develop High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents. • Fluent in both Arabic and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in business and technical discussions. 📍Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with Oracle Communications BSS. • Hands-on experience with TM Forum Open APIs and the SID Data Model. • TOGAF certification or a similar Enterprise Architecture framework. 💼Key Responsibilities: • Translate business requirements into end-to-end digital solution designs for B2C and B2B services. • Design integrations between digital channels and BSS/OSS systems. • Develop High-Level and Detailed Solution Design documents (HLD/LLD). • Collaborate with delivery teams and vendors to ensure solutions are implemented in alignment with approved designs. • Review solution designs to ensure security, performance, and compliance with architecture standards. • Support project estimation and delivery planning activities. 🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field is preferred.
