About the Role. Job Location: Kuwait. Department: On Sync Energy Management Services Company. Job Responsibilities Assist in the maintenance, repair, cleaning, and overhauling of mechanical equipment and machinery. Perform equipment dismantling, cleaning, inspection, assembly, installation, and adjustment activities. Cut and fit gaskets and carry out flange alignment on pressure vessels and pipelines. Prepare, assemble, install, and maintain piping systems of various diameters and material types. Support mechanical maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and safe operation. Follow maintenance procedures, workplace safety requirements, and proper housekeeping practices. Qualification Requirements Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical equipment maintenance and repair within the Oil & Gas, refinery, or petrochemical industry. OR Secondary School Certificate. Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical equipment maintenance and repair within the Oil & Gas, refinery, or petrochemical industry. Hands-on experience with pumps, turbines, compressors, engines, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, coolers, valves, and piping systems. Practical knowledge of mechanical dismantling, assembly, installation, gasket fitting, and flange alignment. Show more Show less
