Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Code: RN 003 Department: Nursing Services Your Impact 100% of patients rounded on every two hours 100% of medications, including high-alert medications, administered per hospital policy Rapid, protocol-driven response to life-threatening situations Complete, accurate documentation from admission through discharge What You Will Do Direct Patient Care: Assess, monitor, and prioritize patient needs, and deliver discharge instructions to patients and families. Medication & Clinical Procedures: Administer medications, IV therapy, and blood transfusions safely, including high-alert medications. Emergency Response: Respond swiftly to life-threatening situations in line with nursing standards and hospital protocols. Unit Leadership: Serve as relief Charge Registered Nurse and teach fellow nurses core clinical skills. Documentation & Quality: Maintain accurate documentation while upholding quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
