🚀 We're Hiring | Health & Safety Associate - Saudi Arabia At Americana Restaurants, we operate leading global brands across the Kingdom, including KFC, Hardee's, Pizza Hut, Krispy Kreme, TGI Fridays, and Peet's Coffee. We are expanding our Occupational Health & Safety team and are looking for Saudi national talent in the Central, Eastern, and Western regions. 📍 Locations: Riyadh, Dammam / Khobar, and Jeddah 🏢 Department: Occupational Health & Safety 👤 Reports To: Occupational H&S Lead 💼 Employment Type: Full-time 🚗 Nature of Work: Field-based, covering restaurants and facilities across your region 📌 Risk Assessment & Safe Systems of Work • Conduct risk assessments across the restaurants and facilities we own and operate. • Make sure methods and systems of work are safe, documented, and actually applied on the ground. • Verify that contractors and aggregators are competent and hold the licences and certificates required. 📌 Audits & Corrective Action • Run the documented OH&S audit programme across sites and follow corrective and preventive actions through to closure. • Track OH&S metrics and use the data to identify and reduce risk. 📌 Training & Emergency Preparedness • Deliver fire safety, first aid, and other OH&S training, and keep full and accurate training records. • Train teams on the standard operating procedures and on the emergency response plan for major incidents. • Ensure the fire safety set-up is correct, including resources and the links with the designated authorities. 📌 Incidents & Compliance • Make sure accident, incident, and near-miss reporting procedures are followed, and support investigations. • Maintain accurate incident records and statistics. • Liaise with the regulatory authorities to ensure compliance. 🎓 Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environment, or Engineering from a recognised institution. • NEBOSH and IOSH certification. • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Safety Engineer or Safety Officer. • Good understanding of ISO 45001:2018 and of local and international health and safety standards and codes. • Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English. • Able to manage relationships across multiple stakeholders. ⭐ Skills Teamwork and cooperation • Cultural awareness • Influencing at senior level • Results orientation and accountability • Decision making and problem solving. 🇸🇦 This opportunity is open to Saudi nationals only, in line with our commitment to developing national talent and supporting Saudi Vision 2030. #Hiring #SaudiJobs #Saudization #HealthAndSafety #Americana #AmericanaRestaurants Show more Show less
