[*] Job Purpose: Design and deliver financial awareness sessions, manage interactive gamification workflows and trading competitions via the trading simulator application, empowering young investors with foundational investing tools and sound risk control habits. [*] Job Identification: * Title: Financial Literacy Officer * Department: Mubasher Academy * Reports to: Mubasher Academy Manager * Location: Nasr City Headquarters with university campus visits [*] Key Responsibilities: * Prepare educational content across five key areas (investment, the stock market, financial analysis, technical analysis, and trading strategies). * Deliver interactive presentations and workshops across universities, syndicates, and public forums. * Manage monthly trading simulation leagues and audit leaderboard winners. * Create engaging financial quizzes and gamified case studies to feed the Learning Management System (LMS). * Academically mentor student interns through practical assignments and research modules. [*] Job Specifications: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Commerce. * Knowledge: Strong command of market mechanics, EGX indices, and fundamental/technical analysis tools. * Technical Skills: Familiarity with LMS platforms, mobile applications, and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva). * Experience: 1–3 years in investor education, corporate training, or equity research assistance. * Competencies: Dynamic public speaking, ability to demystify complex financial data, educational passion.
